Our Core Services in Monmouth County

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ground-based, guided interaction with rescue horses to support emotional regulation, insight, and personal healing. This experiential method is especially powerful for clients who struggle to connect through talk therapy alone.

EcoTherapy

Nature-based therapy sessions conducted outdoors on our peaceful farm. Clients explore movement, mindfulness, and emotional processing in a calm, grounded setting.

Online Therapy

Traditional psychotherapy led by Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Sessions are tailored to your goals and available in person or through secure online platforms.
