We provide three core services: talk therapy (available in-person or via secure Telehealth), eco therapy (nature-based counseling outdoors), and equine-assisted psychotherapy. All of our services are trauma-informed and led by licensed clinical social workers.
Yes. We accept Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for talk therapy and eco therapy sessions. Equine-assisted psychotherapy is not covered by insurance but is available for self-pay, and we can provide superbills for potential reimbursement.
We work with individuals aged 12 and up, including teens, young adults, adults, couples, families, and veterans. Each therapy plan is tailored to meet the client’s age, needs, and therapeutic goals.

Lastly, you can choose a virtual telehealth session from the comfort of your own home for traditional talk therapy.
