We provide three core services: talk therapy (available in-person or via secure Telehealth), eco therapy (nature-based counseling outdoors), and equine-assisted psychotherapy. All of our services are trauma-informed and led by licensed clinical social workers.

Yes. We accept Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for talk therapy and eco therapy sessions. Equine-assisted psychotherapy is not covered by insurance but is available for self-pay, and we can provide superbills for potential reimbursement.

We work with individuals aged 12 and up, including teens, young adults, adults, couples, families, and veterans. Each therapy plan is tailored to meet the client’s age, needs, and therapeutic goals.

Our intake team will guide you through a brief consultation to help identify which service aligns best with your goals, comfort level, and therapeutic preferences. We’re here to support you in making a confident, informed choice.

Our equine assisted psychotherapy sessions take place on a peaceful, private farm in Monmouth County, NJ. The natural setting plays an important role in the therapeutic process. You could also meet for an ecotherapy session at a variety of local parks in Monmouth County. Lastly, you can choose a virtual telehealth session from the comfort of your own home for traditional talk therapy.
